As “Rock Solid” we now do foundation work from the ground up. We set forms dig footings, get all the dirt work to grade, install reinforcement, and even finish concrete. Unlike some builders we take our time with our foundations and make sure that they are done right. Doing this ensures that we end up with the best possible products for our customers. Our customers are very important to us and we’re proud to say that most customers either use us again or refer us to other people.
Foundation Work from the Ground Up
Foundation Repair: This is another aspect of construction that we are now specializing in. We have gone to Cincinnati and worked with a company named Magnum Piering which we are now working with. Magnum has created a method for foundation repair is has been highly successful on many projects, see examples. This is why we have teamed up with them and have adapted their methods of foundation repair to work in Louisiana and surrounding areas with similar soil conditions. The main use for our repairing process is to stabilize your foundation, but at the same time we hope to lift and move your foundation back to its original position. We have excellent results in this practice thus far and have moved all of the foundations really close to their original positions. We have a structural engineer that works with us on each and every job to ensure that our final solution is one that will work and will be “Rock Solid”.
